Kuruva dweep consists of a set of islands inside
Kabini river. It consists nearly of 1000 acres dense ever green forest. There
is no human habitation and rare birds, herbs and flowers are seen there. Kabini
bifurcates here to form one major island and when water level is low, some more
minor islands emerge around this one.
